- You get a report card that details your success in each functional area.
- The report card compares your answers to established industry standards and best practices
- It gives you a guide to so that you as an organization can prioritize investments, make decisions and identify where to focus effort to improve its outcomes
Detailed Feedback Report
- You get a detailed feedback report for each question area.
- This report areas that need to be fixed and how to fix them
- It provides a guide for corrective action
- It categorizes the risk as Critical, Severe or Moderate and whether it is an action item or a policy change required for each of the functional areas

- Once you finish your risk profile, we work with you to build your risk management plan.
- Our step by step guide will guide you through building a plan to meet the needs of your organization
- We provide you with a starting template that you can edit to facilitate your report board.
- We will even give you feedback on your plan.
Coaching, Webinars and Risk Alerts:
Coaching Sessions & Check-ins
- Once you finish your profile, we schedule your first coaching session.
- This lasts about an hour and we review your report card and feedback report.
- Together, we prioritize your corrective action (fixes) and develop the documentation for your risk management plan
- We then follow up twice more throughout the year to ensure you stay on track and accountable
Special Monthly Webinars
- All members get access to special topic monthly webinars, guest speakers and workshops on emerging issues.
- We bring leading experts from grant writers to IT Specialists to talk about the issues that are changing the face of the nonprofit sector.
- These sessions will be recorded and can be viewed by members at their convenience or attended live each month
CyberSecurity Alert System
- All members get added to our custom alert system, with reminders to do your latest system updates, download patches or details to new emerging cyber threats
- Our team of specialists will ensure that you have the information you need to protect your organization.
